WeCare for Children Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is committed to assisting foster youth and children in need. Our dedication is directed towards ensuring these children receive the necessary resources to flourish and succeed. Our ultimate objective is to supply them with vital essentials that contribute to their well-being and overall development.

FIRST-NIGHT DUFFEL BAGS

We delivered 100 brand new duffel bags filled with hygiene items, crayons, coloring books, hand-made blankets, and teddy bears to help reduce stress and trauma during the placement process and make foster children feel safe and cared for.

Gift Cards & Bicycle Locks

We donated Safeway gift cards and bicycle locks to foster youth in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.

Spreading Love to Taiwan

We visited Bethany Children's Home in Taipei, an organization dedicated to offering foster care to more than 30 children, and donated NT$10,000 along with vitamin supplements to provide them with funds and vital essentials that contribute to their well-being and overall development.

Girl ScoutS Gold Award

WeCare for Children was founded as a part of a Girl Scout Gold Award project and continues its efforts as a student organization at Dougherty Valley High School as well as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving foster youth and children in need.
